Depending on the size, quantity, and type of order, MexMax.com primarily uses FedEx and USPS as the primary shipping methods. For larger orders usually involving over 50 cases, MexMax can obtain pricing by pallet at the request of the customer.

Our handling time generally takes 24-48 hours from the time of order, until ready to ship.

USPS Priority arrives in 2-4 business days once shipped
FedEx Ground arrives in 3-7 business days once shipped

Cash and Carry orders are generally available 48-72 hours after the order is placed. Once ready for pickup you will receive and email letting you know that the order is available for pickup.

Once the order is prepared, all orders will include tracking information, which will automatically be delivered to the customer. Any lost or damaged packages will require investigation by MexMax.com to determine the cause before any refunds or dispute resolution terms are enacted. For any damages from the shipping carrier, customers will be required to inquire with the shipping carrier directly. It is extremely important for the customer to provide the proper address, any address inaccuracies that result in incorrect shipment will not be refunded. Any undeliverable items that are returned to MexMax.com will be subject to additional shipping charges.

For International customers, it could take 6-10 days depending on customs and the country of destination. In unusual cases, it may take up to 2 weeks. Estimated shipping time does not include any time spent at the customs office. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs fee or taxes associated with the shipments. We do not ship to all countries. If you would like to provide your own shipping label, please let us know and we can arrange for the order to be sent on your terms.
